1. The structure of the equipment high-temperature cooking bag is 2 layers, 3 layers, 4 layers or more. Two of the steamer layers are transparent plastic/modeling, such as pet/cpp or OPA/CPP. The three-layer steamer has PET/OPA/AI/CPP; it has transparent plastic/modeling (such as) and opaque shapes (such as PET/AI/CPP, OPA/AI/CPP). The four-layer hot pack is aluminum foil, opaque PET/ai/opa/CPP. This structure has a puncture-proof, reinforced, large-capacity packaging bag. The opa should be placed in ai and compared with CPP. The inner layer of the more layered bag does not use pure CPP film, but uses multi-layer pneumatic film, such as PA/EVOH/PP, PA/PVA/PP pneumatic film, pet or aluminum foil and more layer composite film. From a functional point of view, a 4-layer structure PET/AI/OPA/CPP steamer bag containing aluminum foil can fully meet the requirements of all hot compresses. In addition, the materials that can be applied to the steamer include high-barrier PVDC, high-resistant PVA, heat-resistant and high-barrier pen, and special direction nylon mxd6.
2. Adhesives for high-temperature cooking bags At present, most of the composite films used in high-temperature steamers are made by synthetic methods. There are three types of adhesives for dry composites: aromatic polyurethane adhesives, aliphatic polyurethane adhesives, celestial maleic anhydride modified polypropylene suspension adhesives. Because the aromatic polyurethane adhesive was first used in the production of the steamer, but the residual monomer in this adhesive will produce “fragments” that decompose during cooking at high temperatures, thus endangering the health of consumers. Therefore, since the US FDA raised objections in the early 1980s, many companies have used safer maleic acid-modified polypropylene suspension glue and aliphatic polyurethane glue to make high-temperature steamers. Adhesives for high-temperature cooking have good adhesion strength, high-temperature resistance to medium, and heat resistance. After high-temperature cooking with high-temperature cooking general-purpose glue with excellent performance, the peeling force will hardly decrease, or even increase.
3. High-temperature retort bag ink. Ordinary ink is not heat-resistant. It must leave the layer after it is applied, and some colors may change or fade. A good high-temperature cooking ink should be an ink with two-component reactive polyurethane as the connecting material. Its advantage is that it has good printing fastness and can achieve satisfactory results on pet or opa film. After being cross-linked and hardened, the ink layer can withstand high temperatures and form a strong bond with the adhesive. However, the remaining ink gradually cross-hardens and loses its suitability, so it often causes waste and high cost. Therefore, it is recommended to use more when mixing ink, and it is recommended not to mix too much at one time.
4. Solvents for high-temperature cooking bags Due to the high-quality requirements of high-temperature cooking tanks, special care should be taken when using solvents. First of all, the adhesives and inks used in high-temperature cooking tanks try to use high-quality, high-purity, non-toxic, odorless, odorless, odorless, and residual solvents, and must not contain benzene, toluene, xylene, cyclohexanone or other high boiling points. Solvent. Secondly, the dilution solvent used when adjusting the adhesive and ink also has strict standards for its water content.
